Interview
Completed three rounds of interviews to then be ghosted with no follow up or feedback. The interviews themselves were great, the team was engaged and the mission sounded awesome but ghosting a candidate after three rounds is a very poor candidate experience and I expected more from a company that highlights its awards as best places to work.

I was asked questions about my background, roles I have recruited for, company policies/processes I have built, and the most interesting questions were more theoretical and consisted of applying problem solving skills to situational recruiting/scaling issues they are currently dealing with.
