Interview
Interview comprised of two parts - firstly to make a short presentation on a given brief (issued a few days prior to interview) followed by a series of questions posed by a panel of three interviewers.

Question 1
Most question were situational, like "tell me about a campaign that you have managed" and "how have you previously managed multiple campaigns at once?", but there were some hypothetical ones too, like "what would you do if a colleague disagreed with your ideas?" and "what would you do if you upset a colleague?"
