Generation Project Manager interview questions

I sent my CV via email and followed up without any response. they called out of the blue & dived into a phone screening without prior scheduling. They shared that salary expectations were not aligned. About 5 weeks later they contacted me on email about working on an assessment submission. When I brought up the last conversation, they indicated that the 'matter is in discussion by management'. Had nothing to lose so I made my submission. Followed up 4 weeks later. Zero response. They later contacted me indicating they had already filled the position. Overall, the experience was indicative of lack of professionalism with a lot of poor planning, organization & bad communication.
