I applied for the Email Marketing Manager role on November 5th. On November 11th, the HR and Operations Manager contacted me via LinkedIn InMail to confirm my application, and I reiterated that I had already applied but offered to resubmit if needed. On November 15th, I received an email stating my application stood out among hundreds and inviting me to the next stage: a task to be completed by November 20th at 9 AM.
I submitted the task on November 19th, but there was no acknowledgment of receipt or feedback. Despite following up on November 26th, December 2nd, and December 9th, I received no communication whatsoever.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. It feels as though the company used my effort as free marketing consultancy without offering the courtesy of feedback or updates. Based on this, I would not consider working with them in the future.
