Hiring through Campus, simple questions about academics. Got offer on the same day.
But there was a long wait before i was asked to join (4 months in my case), it was very risky at that time which i did not realized as later on it turned out many who were offered job had to wait for 6 to 8 months.
After joining i have to wait for 2 months before i was aligned to a process.

Do you know MS Excel? was not expecting this question when i was just graduating.
Some mathematical and analytical questions as i was considered for SAS position.
College Projects were quizzed in detail, i was surprised at the level of academic knowledge interviewer, they may give you a piece of paper to solve the very same question you avoided during your college.

Interview process was smooth and questions are easy and basic. The job offer stage took almost a month. They could’ve outright mention their maximum budget take it or leave it but instead they try to match my asking which at the end was declined.

Applied via Genpact website and received invite for pre-recorded video interview via mail after 1 week. Interview questions are timed (usually 3 mins) CV related and motivation to join the company. Not a big fan of pre-recorded interviews with no human interaction.

I was referred by an employee and was contacted in a matter of days by HR to schedule time for an initial interview with someone from Talent Acquisition. Then, after our one hour call, she scheduled another interview for me, this time with a manager and within the same week. Both were on time, friendly and transparent. I really liked it because they moved fast.
