The interview with HR is friendly. They gave a lot of information about the office. It is a bit slow to get an interview scheduled with them since they have a lot of candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me what’s my goal if I ever worked at the company. Then, they asked if I have any idea what office I want to work for.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler in Jun 2016
Interview
Had a phone call/email with the recruiter to set up a first round interview. She asked me basic questions and told me about the company. Since I was in another city, set up a Skype interview with 2 interviewers. The Skype interview allows you to share your portfolio and computer screen. Had to be sure my laptop was up to date to allow for the program to run. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes.
