They will basically call you in and talk to you for maybe 10 minutes and as long as you dont seem completely useless, they will hire you. The only thing I've heard them ever say is that at least come dressed decently because they want to hire someone that can look presentable. Other than that they will literally hire anyone as long as all of your certifications are in order.
