This position was through a recruiter. The recruiter set up the interview and I went to onsite (at Raleigh, NC). The interview included a site tour and group meeting with 3-4 staff on site. Each staff asked questions as a panel. The questions are not difficult but the hiring manager didn't response my inquiry until weeks later as they had a hiring freeze due to a bad quarter.
