Gesher Human Services interview questions

I applied for three different roles and was scheduled an intro phone interview. The recruiter was fifteen minutes late and said ‘I am sorry, I’m just getting back in from being out of town and I just noticed there is a note in your application that the hiring manager does not want to pursue an interview with you’ Finally did get an interview for a different position to only be told I was not qualified. You asked me to come in for an interview, you had my resume and all of my skill set in front of you. Weirdly unprofessional at every turn.
