I interviewed for a design role for 2 months, all conversational interviews. I was told at each step that I had very positive feedback and the team was excited about me. After all the interviews I was told the job doesn't exist anymore. I reached out for clarification and nothing. The job is still listed on their site. The company should really think about how they're treating candidates, and all the unpaid time that goes into the interview process for a position that isn't real.
