The hiring and interviewing process was as professional as it gets. The recruiter at Giving Tree Associates, Laura Ford, was in constant contact with me from the very beginning of the hiring process until I was fortunate enough to receive a job offer.
The entire team at Giving Tree Associates continue to reach out and connect with me and also work as consultants as part of my new team.

A Giving Tree employee reached out to schedule a phone interview. When the time came for the scheduled interview, they didn't call, 12 mins after the interview was supposed to take place I got an email requesting to reschedule. I noted this as a red flag but rescheduled the interview anyway. When the time came for the rescheduled phone call, no one called and no one emailed. I never heard from them and refrained from reaching out as I am no longer interested in working here.
