Interview
Easy phone screen with owner of company, followed by panel interview with second owner and team manager. I was given a tour of the office and met several staff. No discussion of salary until offer was made, leading to extremely low offer after several weeks of waiting. (A learning experience!) The team was pleasant but no WFH concession for Covid at any point was disconcerting and gave the impression of an inability to adapt.

Interview
The first was a skills analysis, which involved reading over a fact sheet then writing a media release based on the information. There was a basic Excel test, also. I did an in-person interview with both principals (CEO, COO). I also interviewed (I asked the questions) of the person to whom I would report. Finally, there is an on-line work style test.
