I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Globe Life (Wichita, KS) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was a bait and switch cattle call. I had applied for a trainer / new hire manager. When I arrived at the interview there were 30 other folks there also waiting for interviews. When I was finally called in I was told it was a sells role. When I said that was not what I had applied for I was told that it didn't matter everyone started in sells. Very deceptive and a waste of my time.
If I had agreed to sells I would have then been taken into a room to watch a presentation with the others. Felt like a time share presentation.
They reached out to me to schedule an interview, I confirmed availability for the proposed time for the next day. They then text me 10 minutes before the interview confirming a different time. I text back for clarification, never heard back.

Question 1
I was unable to get interviewed due to the scheduling confusion.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Globe Life in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial HR phone screen, then zoom with hiring manager, finally zoom with peers. Some behavioral questions. Asked about building a consensus and standardization to improve scale operations. All remote so some questions about behaviors.
The overall interview process was quick and effective and the Recruiting team was very knowledge and available for questions during the process. Even during virtual experiences it was very smooth.
