Went to a one-hour orientation for what I was told to handle employee benefits. I quickly realized this was a job to sell insurance and not once during the one-hour orientation did they mention it was a 100% commission job.

Interview
During the interview process, you have to listen to a webinar about the company and the position before you move on to the interview. The webinar is about an hour long and then you will have to submit a questionnaire if you are still interested in the position. After that a recruiter will call you to ask about your decision.
The interview was smooth and seamless. All my questions were answered appropriately. The team is very informative and I feel very confident in my interview and look forward to hearing back about the hiring position.
