It was very thorough, with a lot of questions about previous work experience. Clearly they take the positions quite seriously, probably to weed out people that don't have a good work ethic or legit work experience. Felt like I was interviewing for something more serious than a cashier.

Pretty lengthy process! Interview took about an hour, I was asked about 15 questions that I really had to think about (past experience, how would you handle such and such situation, etc). It took about a months time to get a call back, get an interview and get hired.
