Initial round with the sourcer covered the basics about my background. Next up was a chat with the hiring manager followed by a technical skills interview and an onsite (virtual). Company moved fast with the offer and allowed for a little negotiation on the salary as well as the stock grant. Overall, a pleasant experience with very few delays.
