Interview
The assistant manager barely asked me questions, only if I had experienced and could handle the work. She didn't know what to do and told me so. She then took me through the store and showed me what I would be doing, and I basically got the job at the end. I had to call back after a few days to know when I'd start, however.

I had to keep calling them for updates and they never called me once! I had to stay on top of them 100%! We went in a room and she asked me lots and lots of questions.
Asked for an interview onsite. Asked for prior work experience and my availability. Over it was smooth and educational. I was able to understand more of my responsibilities and job opportunities
