I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google
Interview
I had 6 interviews (two on the phone and four on-site). I was impressed because I thought the interviews were a lot of fun (each interview lasted for around 45 minutes)! It's a really long process through.

Question 1
Estimate how many people are in Heathrow Airport at this moment.
After rescheduling 3 phone interviews, Google called finally got in touch with me. They wanted a complete description of my undergraduate experience (my brief overview was not sufficient and asked for more details) and a full explanation of my qualifications as an advertising operations manager at a publisher in Oakland.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
After I send in my application I was asked to fill out a list of questions detailing my motivation. I had one phone interview and about a week later I was invited for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview consisted of 4 back-to-back interviews with different people from the department I was applying for a position in (both 1:1 and with more people).
