This was probably the worst interview experience for me till date. Had 2 rounds, both online. 1. The first round interviewer was fine, the only thing was that the interviewer did not seem to have planned what to ask me. This round went well. 2. Second round was a design round. The interviewer did not even seem to be interested in the design discussion. Throughout the interview, he was busy with something on his end. I had to re-explain everything everytime I wanted him to answer the questions that I had during the discussion. The whole design I provided was pretty good. I did a very small mistake in the design, which I realized the very first time I thought about this interview the very next day. I felt really bad that I wouldn't have made that mistake if the interviewer was focused on the discussion rather than doing his office work in the interview. This round also went well for me in terms of the Design. And last but most important - They just GHOSTED me - No response, no next round, no rejection, no feedback. After more than 2 weeks, all I got in response was a diplomatic template response email.
