Process was smooth was contacted by recruiter for virtual video interview scheduled within a few days, basic question regarding my resume and work history and how it would apply to the position I was interviewing for. The recruiter wanted to interview me for a different position than I applied due to my experience which was fine. Was told they'll be progressing my application along to the hiring manager then never heard from them again. Very disappointing and unprofessional
