I'm thankful for the recruitment team as they follow a very high tech, extensively easily available to all and yet simple to operate methodologies for hiring a candidate. I'll certainly love to share my experience with others, perhaps, it may motivate others as well to change their lives. Guys, I'm, from Mumbai, travelled to Ahmedabad, for the first time, ain't, know anyone, in the city other than my PG, somehow, I decided to switch, my newly joined company, search that began & ended from the room of my PG. The 1st round began with a normal introduction with the Hr team on call. The 2nd round began with a smooth and in-depth friendly conversation about my work experiences. In the 3rd round, I received a link on my email that included a logical test, English Speaking and writing test Emerson Test that was to gauge my communication skills. In the 4th round, I received a link on my email with an invitation to a Google meeting scheduled for the following day in the evening & done. After that, I've received the hint to share the docs soft copies that included my work experiences, and academic excellence followed by a photo I'd & a residence proof, thereof, I received the LOI in an email that included my DOJ with and instructions to carry all the docs hard copies this way I became the member of Group Bayport family! I hope, this short experience sharing may motivate and guide others. Now, think about the traditional way of recruitment, OMG, I can't even think about the other way better than this.
