Phone Interview. Took about 20 mins. Interview was easy. A little technical but mostly about my resume. At the end of it, the Engineer I interviewed with told me he wanted me in his team. Got confirmation email the next day along with the offer letter

Interview
I had a ~45 minute long phone interview with 5 employees, including my supervisor. The phone interview was on a Friday morning and I found out on Monday morning that I'd gotten an offer.
The questions were all behavioral and none were technical. They asked about each thing on my resume.

Tell us about a time when you had to work on a team and one member was not pulling his or her own weight?
Applied on line. Was contacted by an internal recruiter after about two weeks who asked several easy general questions about experience and background. A telephone interview was then set up which then never happened. There has been no contact and no explanation from the recruiter at all recruiter since that happened.
