Interview
First interview was just a phone screen with a recruiter.
Second section was a 3 panel interview where they ask scenario and situational analysis questions, then they see if culturally you’d fit. Overall with the interviewers, I had a good impression of the company itself. However, getting feedback on why you aren’t selected is harder to come by.
20-30 min phone interview. If you get accepted to the next round of interviews it is about 2 hours long over zoom with 3-4 different interviewers from different departments. Most questions are situational so be prepared for that… somehow. They didn’t really ask intuitive questions that make you want to present answers in a way that make you stand out, doesn’t allow you to express or show why you’re the best fit, doesn’t shine on your qualifications and pass experiences. But they surely will ask many what would you do type of situations, which is cool but not everyone can think on the spot about what would you do’s, hence makes the interviewee appear not prepared or have nothing to show for.
