Always give higher on the pay, because they’re going to try to settle you lower always. And be very straightforward with what hours you want to work and get a signed confirmation of what you guys decide.

First they conduct a phone screen where they inquire about your interest in the job, then if everything goes well they will bring you in for a interview with one of the doctors of the practice. Afterwards you go through HR paperwork and they try to bring you in as soon as you are available to work.
