They call you to set up an interview appointment. You come in and sit down with the office manager and supervisors. They give you a discription of the job and ask if you're interested. If yes, you are hired.

When can you start? The turn around is so extreem they are constantly interviewing, and hire all who come in to interview, whether they are truly qualified or not.
