Got contacted on LinkedIn by an HR person and we mutually laid out our expectations. Then I had a few 1-on-1 rounds with various people from the department I was applying to work for followed by an offer after approximately a week. HR person and other people were really approachable even after the interviews were concluded and seemed to genuinely care.
