Saw a posting on website to which I emailed my resume for along with some information about myself. I received no response until about 2 months later in which I replied to the thread asking for an update. The hiring staff replied to that right away and I was able to go through both a phone screen and an in person interview in a matter of a few weeks. However after the in person interview they stayed silent - didn't hear back for a few weeks. Another meeting was requested, but I believe there was some miscommunication as a thread went back and forth for another few weeks regarding when to have the actual meeting - suffice to say the meeting never occurred. At some point in this fiasco I had accepted another offer with another company and decided to pursue that opportunity.
The interview was interesting - mostly talked with the staff there all in one on one sessions including leadership. I felt they were just looking to see if someone fit in with them. I personally thought I was a good fit, but since I didn't hear back right away I guess I wasn't.
