while the managers are kind friendly, they spoke very bad about some of their employees and seemed like the staff and management are not a team. The job was said to rely heavily on sales and commission.
1 phone screening and 2 in person interviews with the general manager and the owner. The interview focused on sales and customer service skills. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks and their training program is 2-3 weeks.
The interview was set up to be at a very busy coffee shop in town. I arrived 10 minutes early and saw they were still interviewing someone else. I waited 15 minutes past my interview time and neither of the interviewers updated me or seemed concerned about the time or their other appointments. They were still actively interviewing and laughing and having a good time talking to the other person for 20 minutes past my interview time so I left. Incredibly unprofessional.
