Es gab zuerst ein Telefoninterview mit der internen HR-Verantwortlichen. Im Anschluss wurde ich zu einem Zweitgespräch mit dem Team eingeladen, welches über MS Teams ablief. Beide Gespräche waren sehr angenehm, wirklich wie ein Gespräch/ Austausch, nicht wie ein Verhör. Es wurde darauf geachtet, dass man zum Team passt. Ich habe mich während des Gesprächs wohlgefühlt.
