There are three sets of interviews: one from the HR, one from the lead and one from the director. The HR interview was the usual standard interview where the educational background, family background and job experience was asked. I was then moved to talk to the director where I was given time to ask anything I'd want to know. There was an exam that was specifically designed for the job position being offered. Lastly, there was the panel interview where I had to explain my answers to the exam and given the change to further ask.
