Telephone interview, based on HSBC values. Took 40 minutes. At the begining nice lady explain my values of company and asked me question about my experience. Every answer have to bo connected to HSBC values.

The interview was professional, well-structured and welcoming. The questions were clear and relevant, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment while giving helpful insight into the role. The process was formal but that is to be expected given the company
The interview consisted of going through the curriculum vitae. explaining why I am good for the role. and examples of instances i showed hsbc values. showed what my ambitions were.
