Interview
Started with Psychometric test, followed by GD, finally F2F Interview.
The entire focus of the interview was to understand the personality, communication skills and wit of a person.
Since, it was a campus hiring, it was a long day process, out of 150 students the company selected only 3 students for the offer.

Interview
I was one of the 100+ candidates who appeared for the campus placement. It was a rigorous process and difficult. We had a Group discussion topic based on current affairs and beliefs. candidates were selected on the basis of
-Communication skills
-Leadership skills
-Team management skills
-Maturity on how you put your points forward.
Candidates who cleared the GD are asked to give an aptitude test that comprise of 50 Qs based on basic mathematics and general English communication skills.
The aptitude is average in term of difficulty level.
The last round was skype interview and lasted for an hour .
