You have to apply to the position in the store. I applied and asked to speak with a manager after I finished the application. The manager sat down with me and reviewed my application. The interview only consisted of going over previous work experience and going over my availability. I was hired on the spot and asked to finish a background check and a drug test within the next few days.

Basic questions - run of the mill HR with some personal questions thrown in there. They will ask if you are ok with the pay rate and what your expected hours are.

i was hired on the spot because they were so very desperate. It worked out pretty good for me cause i needed a job very badly. the manager was very chill
Basic conversation . The interview went smoothly . Manager was friendly . Unfortunately they do not pay enough to be able to live in Charleston sc . Thank you for the opportunity but I will have to look elsewhere
