    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harrods (London, England) in August 2018.

    I applied online and have been contacted by the HR for the first stage of the interview. We have been talking for about in hour about my experience and the conversation flowed. The recruiter took the time to get too know me and made me feel comfortable. i can't say the same about the second stage, face to face interview. The manager in question turned up without my Cv or knowing anything about me. He then left to take it, about 25 minutes later came back with my CV. I haven't been asked many questions, nothing about my current position/ job/ experience. Whiting 20 minutes i was out the door. 2 weeks later i chased them up for feedback, and as i expected, i have been "judged" on questions / answers i haven't been asked about.

      5 questions you get 20 to 30 second to read and prepare yourself and it will start recording after 20 to 30 second
