online application, hand in CV. you go into their hammersmith office with other people that are in different departments of harrods and talk about the department you are applying for. there is also a chance for other potential employees to ask you questions. it is almost like selling the company you are working for. there is also a person that call you the day before to remind you for the interview.

Harrods Response
16 Nov 2017 – Resourcing Partner
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. When recruiting for our hospitality division, we run group assessments to allow candidates to be assessed in a number of different scenarios. In order to run the assessment, we need a minimum of 4 attendees, but unfortunately on this occasion we did not have the required numbers due to cancellations and no shows. Although rare, it does happen from time to time. When this does happen, we offer candidates the option to interview on a 1-2-1 basis with one of our Resourcing Specialists rather than reschedule the assessment centre. Interviews are conducted in line with our business competencies and strengths framework. After reflecting on your comments, we have now added information about this to our assessment centre invitation, to let candidates know that interviews may be conducted in this scenario. Thank you for your feedback and if you would like to discuss this further, please email Ian.Bailey@harrods.com.
