The interview process was fairly easy with a panel of 3 people who took turns asking basic questions about work ethic, strengths, weaknesses. There was also some social worker specific questions about my experience and how I handle my clients. I also had to do a writing sample. I was given 30 minutes to read someone's notes on a client and write up a summary and recommendations on how to proceed with treatment.
