Super friendly and chilled, it was more about the interviewer getting to know you as a method to assess whether or not you're fit for the job. The first interview was roughly 10 minutes, but that was just to prepare you for the second interview with the school. You are also required to complete a form to talk about your teaching ethos after the first interview.

It was a zoom interview. They asked a few questions, including my personal teaching style, my pay expectations, etc. However, at the end, they said they would add me to a Whatsapp groupchat but they never did.
