I applied online. I interviewed at Health Care Providers Association (Melbourne) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and the interviewers made me feel comfortable and valued. I appreciated how the questions were thoughtful and relevant to the role, focusing on both my skills and cultural fit. It was a two-stage process — the first being a phone screening followed by a panel interview. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. Overall, it was a very positive experience that gave me a great impression of the company.

Question 1
One standout question they asked was, “Can you tell us about a time you overcame a challenge in a previous role and what you learned from it?” It really showed they were interested in how I problem-solve and reflect on growth.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Health Care Providers Association (Melbourne) in Sept 2024
Interview
The CEO was 45 minutes late for the scheduled interview. He later conducted interview virtually on zoom by keeping his video off ( he gave an excuse that he was sick) Whole thing seemed very unprofessional. Recruiter and other staff were amazing no complaints there but Overall experience left a bad taste. They are too much into maintaining culture of the company so a lot of questions to check if you are culturally fit for the organization
