Application
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hemagen Diagnostics (Columbia, MD (US)) in August 2010.
Interview
Initial contact with the company was entirely done through email, followed by generic phone contact to set up times/dates. Upon arrival at the company to have the interview I was kept waiting in a small, dirty, waiting area for 10 minutes. I was then escorted to a conference room, stacked with boxes, and kept waiting another ten minutes. Finally my interviewer arrived, and moved me into yet another room - an abandoned office. He proceeded to ask me what I applied to, describe other positions, and ask me questions about my former jobs trying to get me to reveal information that was controlled. Upon completion of the interview I was requested to send an email detailing why I should get the job, and also told that I needed to come up with better answers to some of the questions. I never heard back. The gentleman that I interviewed with was the president of the company.
