I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Rocky Hill, CT) in Oct 2013
Interview
the first interview was just a supervisor and myself; it was a comfortable setting in a conference room. There were specific questions about my experience and I was asked to show examples of my work, which I provided. All in all, a pleasant but very businesslike interview.
The second interview included a second boss (the supervisor's boss), and was less formal than the first; I got the impression that the head supervisor just wanted to see if I seemed like a good fit
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One question involved how I would deal with approving copy that I thought needed to be fixed/corrected, if the copy had already been approved by people much higher up the chain who did not want any changes made.
I applied online. I interviewed at Henkel (Zagreb) in Mar 2016
Interview
1. There was a test of knowledge: calculating ratios, percentages, KPI's, creative writing
2. Interview: an hour of simple and basic questions about previous positions, describing projects you worked on, talking about your personal goals and hobbies
