Thanks for your review, we appreciate our office is located down a quiet cobbled lane just seconds off of the main high street, so as you can imagine our HR department has gotten very good at pointing candidates in the right direction. We do want to have an energetic atmosphere hence the music, this suits us as we are a vibrant and excited bunch who like to enjoy work.
We recognize that our initial interview stage may seem a little short. This is really just a first meeting, to get to know some candidates and see if we are a good fit for one another. We are positive that if you had come along for your second round interview, you would have a much better understanding of how our training program works, and how it can highly benefit those who are passionate about our company values. We want candidates to form their own decisions about the roles on offer, which is why we invite them to come and shadow one of our top trainers as this gives them a great insight into our business model.
