You get two interviews. First with an Human Resources representative, the second with the team's manager and team lead. The first one is a general - you receive questions about your education, previous employments, your English speaking skills are tested. The second interview is technical oriented - you are asked questions specific to the job you are applying for. At the end you are provided the opportunity to ask questions about the job and the company.
