      Interview

      My experience was both good and disappointing. The first part of the interview process was engaging enough until reaching the home assignment stage. The assignment needs to be updated and contains grammatical errors. Some scenarios felt too vague and needed to be more descriptive to mitigate any room for confusion since they required walking through the platform. Regardless, we barely covered the assignment, which I assumed would be given more attention based on the time it takes to complete and for it being a source for testing critical-thinking skills. A positive takeaway is that the people I spoke with seem genuinely nice and care for the company they work for. After the in-person interview, I had to wait a few days (excluding the weekend) to hear their collective decision. My last feedback item is that someone interviewed me on the spot without being told beforehand. Interviewing for a job is challenging for most, so adding another layer of difficulty like this can be unfair without doing your due diligence.
