The hiring manager reached out to me for a brief phone screen, which went very well. It was an opportunity to get a few additional questions answered before moving on to an interview. I followed up 2 weeks after my phone screen and was told they were still evaluating candidates for the role. I then followed up 3 weeks after that email and have yet to receive a response. It hasn't been a very transparent hiring process.
