I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Pretty generic interview. Interviewed with the Front Desk Manager first who was very sweet and friendly and generally just asked about my experience thus far and skills. Then I interviewed with the General Manager who was also nice, but could tell was trying to test me to see if I could handle tougher guests by drilling me a little more. Overall, each interview was only around 15-20 minutes.

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (Vilnius)
Interview
It was a fairly general and normal interview. They wanted me to talk about my experience in general. They were aware that someone with my experience should be in a higher position, but they made it clear that if I didn't know or learn Lithuanian, there would be no progress in my career.
