I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (Monaca, PA) in May 2019
Interview
I attended a Job Fair, and for it to have been very chaotic, it was actually very professional, laidback, and very straight forward. I first interviewed with a Recruiter, and then she told me I had moved on to the next step to be interviewed by the Executive Housekeeping Manager. She was very polite, and you could tell she was trying to figure out my personality and to see if I’d be a great fit for the company. The interview itself was about 5 minutes, with very simple questions about your past employment experience, etc. Being that they are about to open, they have major interviews to do, so it took me a month to finally get in touch with them again, and I have another interview with them tomorrow as we speak.
