I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hirons & Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2017
Interview
Met with the Creative Director and went through my portfolio. He went through all of my projects and gave me feedback on each one. He was assessing how well I took feedback during this process, which I found out later.
