Interview
Intense process!! First is a telephone interview then online English and maths tests which make you realise how much you have forgotten since school. Next is the assessment centre with a team exercise, speed interview and mock call. The recruiters are there all the way through making you feel at ease and it’s such a fantastic environment!
Pre assessment day:
CV and cover letter.
Introduction phone call with HR team discussing basic skills.
Online assessment for maths and English.
Assessment day:
Mock phone call retaining a customer for a gym membership.
Interview on core skills. Use Star technique.
Team tasks, problem solving activity.

Applied online. Had a phone chat and interview, then video interview & mock call which then turned in to a group assessment .. discussion as a group of what a good outcome would be

I met the whole group who were attending same recruitment process. Then there were three stages - Interview with two people, problem solving with the whole group and team leaders watching, mock call on your own after reading the specific information.
