Audition… You have to bring in three items that tell your “story”. Very strange component of the interview. A simple tell me about yourself would have sufficed. Many scenario based questions, too many in my opinion.

Very long process and odd way of doing things. I had to bring 3 items to the interview and it went on for an hour. Just the first interview took over an hour with the recruiter. Second interview is long also.
