    Interview

I applied online and got a call the next day, in which they asked me where i was available for an in-person interview. This interview was in group, we were 7 and we basically spent most of the time listening to the manager talk about what the role consisted on, how much they paid, etc. Then we had to talk to the person next to us and introduce ourselves and then give a brief presentation about our partner. That was it! They called me within the next hours to tell me I had done very well and ask when I would be available for training, which is two days, 6 hours each.

    Interview

Interviews were held in one large room with about 25 other people and a task was given in order to ascertain our speaking abilites, wasnt really hard to get through the first task, only people who failed were those who were just flat out rude and didnt deserve a job anywhere

    Interview Questions

    • Most difficult stage overall (relatively) in the interviews for the job was when you were given a set of lines and you were told to pitch in front of current staff. Some people were given second chances at this stage at most people tended to be affected by nerves for some reason but yet again as long as you take a deep breath this stage too, was also easy.   Answer Question

    Easy Interview

    Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Home Fundraising (London, England).

    Interview

Group interview. About two hours long, but you only speak for about five minutes in total, so most of day listening to other candidates talking.
Everyone gets offered the job at this stage, as the nest step is "training" which last for 2 days (unpaid) after which you will have to demonstrate your sales pitch. Unless you are terrible you will get the job.
After this stage you hit the ground running, with weekly targets to meet. If you do not hit your target after two weeks you will be sacked.
Basically they throw a lot of mud at the wall and see what sticks.

    Interview Questions

    • There is only one question: You will be paired up with another candidate, and asked to sell their qualities to the interviewer. That's it....   1 Answer

    Negotiation

    none existent
